Chicken and Ham Penne

Ingredients

Chicken Breast, thinly sliced

Diced Ham

Diced Onion

Garlic, sliced

Frozen Peas

White Wine

Whipping Cream

Thyme, leaves removed and chopped

Penne Pasta

Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

canola oil
Instructions
Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
Add in the oil and chicken.
Cook until the chicken is browned on all sides.
Add in the ham and onion and cook until onion softens.
Put the garlic in the pan and cook for 1 minute.
Deglaze with the white wine and cook until half of the wine has evaporated.
Add in the peas and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour the cream into the pan and add the thyme.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cooked pasta into the pan along with the parmesan cheese.
Toss to coat, taste, and season with salt and pepper as needed.
