A quick sauce for corn on the cob influenced by Mexican Street Corn.

Ingredients

cup
mayo

tablespoon
chopped parsley

teaspoon
cumin

teaspoon
coriander
½
teaspoon
chilli flakes
Juice and zest from 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Grill some corn on the cob and brush some of the sauce on ¾ of the way through cooking. Finish the corn with more of the sauce.
