This is my stripped-down, all-purpose barbecue spice blend. It will never do you wrong.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Use right away or store in an airtight container for up to a month.
