Turkey Blanco (The White Turkey)
A classic roast turkey brushed with white BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients

or white distilled Vinegar

Smoked Paprika

Instructions
Rub half the sauce on the turkey.
Roast the turkey on 325°f for 20 minutes per pound.
After the first hour of cooking baste the turkey with the remaining sauce and return it to the oven.
Baste the turkey with the sauce every hour after.
Cook the turkey until it reaches an internal temperature of 170°F.
Once the turkey is cooked remove it from the oven, cover it loosely with foil, and let it rest at least 20 minutes before serving.
